What LikeWard is

A marketplace where creators license their likeness under boundaries they publish, and where requests are evaluated against those boundaries before generation. LikeWard is not the creator, does not own the likeness, and does not act as agent for either side of a licence.

Creator listings and consent

A creator is listed only after the managing agency records the identity evidence it holds for them; the platform refuses to activate a profile without it. That attestation is the agency’s, not ours — we do not independently meet creators, and we say so rather than implying a check we did not perform. Creators and their agencies may revoke consent at any time, which stops all further authorisation immediately.

Requester obligations

You must be at least 18and must complete document-based age assurance before generating. You may not attempt to evade the consent gate, misrepresent output as unlicensed or as licensed under terms it was not, strip or forge a provenance manifest, or use output in a way the creator’s boundary set does not permit. Output remains subject to the creator’s boundaries after it is produced: an authorisation is not a transfer of rights.

Prohibitions that are not negotiable

The following depiction categories are refused platform-wide and cannot be permitted by any creator or by agreement: minors-context, non-consensual-framing, deceptive-news-context, criminal-context. Attempting to obtain such output, through any surface, ends access.

Provenance records

Every authorised output is issued a signed manifest recording the creator, the boundary-set version, the requester and the time. Manifests are retained after a revocation so that already-distributed output stays traceable; that retention is the point of the record and is not something a party can require us to delete while a takedown may still turn on it.

Payment

Credits are sold in packs and consumed per generation; a refused request is never charged, and an authorised request that produces no image is never charged. Per-creator subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Revenue is split with the creator and their agency by the basis points the agency configures, and each split is recorded against the payment. Recording what a party is owed is a separate act from paying it: nothing on this platform asserts that a payout has been made.

Availability and liability

The service is provided without warranty of availability. LikeWard does not underwrite losses and offers no indemnity against a claim arising from output you commissioned. The consent gate is a control, not a guarantee: lexical matching can miss a phrasing, and nothing here should be read as a promise that no impermissible output can ever be produced. What we do commit to is that the rule set is applied identically on every surface, that refusals are recorded, and that a report can be answered from the record.

Reporting and termination

Anyone may report misuse at /report without an account. We may suspend a creator profile, an agency or a requester account where a report is substantiated or where the conduct above occurs.
